The Street Legends
Classic Car Club was formed by local car enthusiasts of the Charlevoix
area. The first meeting was held at the Charlevoix County Sheriffs
Department in the early summer of 1992. There were approximately 35
people that attended that first meeting. Possible names for the
organization were submitted, and voted on. By a large margin of
victory, the Street Legends Classic Car Club name was adopted! After
careful thought, the club members instated a set of bylaws, and decided
to become incorporated prior to the 1st annual car show. With great
success, the Street Legends continued the tradition of the car show for
the next 15 years! The club now consists of 56 family memberships,
which translates to well over 140 participating members! The
Charlevoix Street Legends Classic Car Club is committed to helping the community
through financial support. The Street Legends distribute funds raised
from its annual car show to several different entities. The recipients
